Kings Mills Wedding / Media PA / Liz & Alan

So these two cuties got married a few weeks ago!  I had really been looking forward to this late fall Kings Mills wedding.  Liz, a teacher, was meticulously organized and a terrific planner.  Not only was Kings Mills a new venue for me (I LOVE working at new venues), but Liz even planned her photos with Alan around sunset during the magic hour.  And if that wasn’t enough, pics were planned for one of THE most beautiful spots in the entire area, Valley Forge National Park.

Was it cold?  Oh my gosh yes!  Was it totally worth the 30 minute drive?  Absolutely.  The warm, amber light and sprawling vistas were unbeatable.

Other highlights for me included: a) getting to photograph girls prep at Liz’s adorable childhood home in Drexel Hill b) Alan’s emotional reaction to seeing Liz walk down the isle and c) seeing some familiar faces from weddings past.  All in all, just an amazing, perfectly planned wedding that was bursting at the seams with love and warmth!
