rachel + matthew / cabrini college

Rachel and I met up at Cabrini campus for our final meeting a few weeks prior to the wedding and I have to say, I was completely blown away by how beautiful the mansion and surrounding grounds were.  Even though we had a few sprinkles on the actual wedding day, the campus offered us numerous nooks, overhangs and alcoves where we could stay dry and get some gorgeous shots at the same time.  I loved working with these two and their families and friends – everyone was so kind and fun, not to mention super-accommodating to both Sapna – my second shooter – and me as we navigated the post-ceremony portraits.

It was important to Rachel that I take time throughout the day to get some nice portraits of her wedding party attendants with their significant others – something I had spontaneously done for her sister’s wedding in 2014.  I thought that it was a very thoughtful gesture on Rachel’s part to make this request, but as I learned from working with her that that is just Rachel: always thinking of others.  Thanks for having me, you guys – it was an honor and a pleasure working with you: I am still smiling!
